My birds wean on there own time, there for I don't offer deposits for bubs unless they are ready to leave my care for their new home. Which means they under no circumstances leave, until they are fully weaned and eating independently.

Deposits are non refundable, but they do get taken off the full price of your bub.

Please keep in mind my birds are all very healthy and I don't feel its fair to potentially put your or my animals at risk. So therefor when coming to view or pick up a bird at Cklata Bird Haven Please do not bring any pets with you. Otherwise you will be politely asked to leave your pet outside. Thank you for understanding.

Please bring a cage to pick them up in, It is very important to me so you can have a great transition from my home to yours, that my bubs go home in a travel cage or small wire cage. I will not let them leave in a cardboard box. That will just stress them out and no one wants that for our feathered friends.

On the day you pickup your bird they will need to be paid in full with cash before leaving. Unfortunately I can't accept bank transfer, Sorry !

I will always welcome one of my bubs back into my care. But I cannot offer a paid refund under any circumstances. A bird is a life long commitment, which is why I allow as much time as you need to choose the right bird for you. I'm more than happy to provide you with advice and suggestions, but i allow this time so you can choose the right fit for you. If you are unsure there's no harm in having a think and getting back to me. :)
